Dolomite's help desk and computer services do not stop with remote management. If you have computer issues, such as a hard-drive issue
or if you ever wanted to upgrade the components on your computer, Dolomite's technicians are there for you. For any computer repair
or computer upgrade services, we will provide the labor at no additional charge, for the length of your subscription.
Still not enough? With our Computer Assistance Program, Dolomite will help you resolve multiple computer-related issues. These
issues include Virus Removal, Systems Cleanup and Computer Tune-Ups, Software Installation, Hardware Replacement, New Computer
Set-Up, Wireless Network Configuration and more.
With Dolomite's Computer Assistance Program, you can have Peace of Mind knowing your can receive computer support by true computer
technology professionals. All of our technology professionals maintain multiple certifications.
Finally, to ensure this program helps those that need it, we have reduced the yearly subscription cost to only

Answer: Yes, In most parts of the United States, Dolomite can send a representative out to your home or business to resolve any issues we cannot take care of remotely 2. However, as the price is targeted towards remote service, we do charge a small trip fee. For example, in the Las Vegas Area, Dolomite charges a Trip Fee of $25. There are no additional charges regardless of how long the technician stays at your site to resolve your issues.
Question: Is On-Site Coverage available in Las Vegas and Henderson?
Answer: The Computer Assistance Program provides on-site computer support and assistance in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Moapa Valley, Mesquite, Pahrump, Boulder City, and all other areas in Clark County and most of Southern Nevada.
